The New Broadcast Plaza (also known as AMP-Broadcast Plaza) is a 17-hectare mixed-use development of high-rise residential buildings, television & radio broadcasting studios and production centers, as well as other commercial establishments located at the heart of Marikina City, along Sumulong Highway, Barangay Santo Niño, near the Marikina Sports Complex. The property was inaugurated on June 28, 2014 through a joint venture of Metrobank Group's Federal Land, Inc., owned by Filipino Chinese finance tycoon, George Ty with Filipino-owned media conglomerate, AMP Broadcasting Network, Inc. of the Dominguez family.

The complex is home to AMP's flagship radio and TV stations, its news center and main transmission facilities for Metro Manila, and the site of the fast growing residential condominium community in the city, Marquinton Residences. Located also in the complex is the Blue Wave shopping mall and IT Center.

A portion of the location was formerly known as the AMP Broadcasting Center Phase 2 where its subsidiary's (Rockstar Broadcasting Systems) stations were housed since 2007, until the network decided to entirely transfer its facilities and corporate offices from its former headqaurters (Phase 1) in the City of Manila in preparation for the DTT (Digital Terrestrial Television) transition of DZCG-TV (AMP Channel 6).
